How to Select the Right MCCB Rating

Choose an MCCB rated slightly above the maximum continuous load current, and make sure the cable can carry that current. Typical guide for 415V three-phase loads: 10kW ≈ 16–25A, 20kW ≈ 40A, 30kW ≈ 63A, 50kW ≈ 100A, 75kW ≈ 125–160A, 100kW ≈ 200A, 125kW ≈ 250A, 200kW ≈ 400A and 300kW+ ≈ 500–600A.
