Warranty Policy

1 Month Replacement Warranty

All products sold by PB SHOP BD come with a 1-month (30 days) replacement warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects, unless a different warranty is written on the product page.

What is covered

• The product does not power on or does not work as described because of a factory / manufacturing fault.
• Display, buttons, relay or WiFi module fail during normal use.

What is NOT covered

• Physical damage, broken or cracked casing, bent terminals.
• Burn marks, melted parts or damage caused by loose / wrong wiring or overloading beyond the rated current.
• Damage from lightning, very high voltage, short circuit in the customer's wiring, water or moisture.
• Products that have been opened, repaired or modified by anyone other than PB SHOP BD.
• Consumable parts and damage caused by incorrect installation. Please use a qualified electrician.
• Surge protective devices (SPD) and fire extinguishing devices that have already operated / discharged as designed.

How to claim warranty

1. Call or WhatsApp us with your order number and a short video or photo of the problem.
2. Our technician will check the issue remotely first — many problems are solved by a settings change.
3. If a replacement is approved, send the product with its box, accessories and invoice to our shop or by courier.
4. After inspection we replace it with the same product (or an equivalent model if it is out of stock).

Courier charge for sending the product to us is paid by the customer; we pay the courier charge to send the replacement back.

PB SHOP BD reserves the right to make the final decision after inspection.
